POB Question

Hi I was just wondering if a POB can be turned to face the other way? As it seems that the POB in Kepler near Ames research station has moved. if so how do i go about it?

Once i had a small dream, to move Puerto del Sol from Omega-41 Jumphole to her new destination, on top of Planer Kalhmera!
And where is the Base now? On top of Planet Kalhmera!

You need a good reason for moving your POB, but it is possible.
