Consequences: Fined all credits and guns, notifications in hold
Notes: You were fighting and then your target escaped on thrusters, at which point you chose to engage cruise. That is a sanctionable offense, and now you have been.
Do I told him before the fight took place to leave the system numerous times over and over. And he was really getting on my nerves when he fled and wasn't planning to leave system anytime soon. He was just flying in the far corners of the map he told us how he liked flying in dead space. Then I asked him many times to leave the system. But he started calling me a fool and what not. I still wasn't inclined to kill him I just asked him to leave. Then he started firing at me first so I fired back at him. I'm aware of the mistake I made. So I can only abide by this sanction. To me it looked like he used cruisers himself he was drifting at least 5.4k away from me in a couple of sec. So I used cruise for a sec to gain at him, this must be were I was mistaken.
Could you please explain to me what Im allowed to do if he keeps on flying in dead space is this considered fleeing, why didn't he leave system. For the only mistake I made was a 2sec cruise burst. And I stopped using it when I noticed he wasn't doing the same at least that is what I make of your story, that he wasnt using them. If he told me he finally wanted to leave system i would have let him leave the system.
How can i see the difference in a truster drift and a cruise drift. If he only told me he wanted to leave, I would have left him alone. But he didn't say he was whilling to leave at all.

Using cruise engine is a common mistake, I can admit it. Doing it once is acceptable, but more is a bit much for someone who may know the rules. I never have time to record the first time it's happening but you did it 3 times.
Also you may now a bounty hunter bomber is one of the bomber crafts who can't fire 2 SNAC in an enough short time to get a cap-ship hull alone. In addition, you used 4 missiles turrets. Please understand how much I hate that unfair situation. So I decided first to get out by going 160k away cause you and 2 other outcasts in capships again were at close range of the jump hole.
While that ... 10 mins chase, every thing I could say is I was far to have in mind that I will leave the system without something to bring back to the bounty office. I may taunt you a bit too, but that was on RP side.
With that long distance, you were still chasing me, even your mates were gone. So I attacked back, hoping you would be an easy target (it happen sometimes).
Being wrong and with my CM lost (thanks missiles), I thrusted away, but even your missiles were only hitting me, you came at cruise speed all turrets firing.
Also, you are far from the first outcast capital ship user who forgot that cruise rule, I've almost never seen any outcasts cap ship respecting it. It would be like a pathology, even worst than the cardamine ?
Bomber vs Cruiser is already far from a fair fight, which one I was looking for.
I know the BHG capwhores. They are a threat for everyone, even the BHG itself making tensions with houses military. But using a horde of bomber make them all quiet for long.
Playing the "who got the bigger ship" game is not the solution.
You may also follow the SOB and ROS for it, they gave me a great fight a few time ago. It was a 3v1. I'm not enough good to kill them all of course, I died in a suicide torp against on of them, but I appreciated it !
Every one wanted to see the BHG fighters, they are coming (gundam is the best example of reconverted player if you know him, look for his manta). Please respect it now.
It's ok I understand what i did wrong, it won't happen again. But if i only knew you wanted to leave this wouldn't have to end this way.
Next time maybe we can get in a nice fight with my sabre char. :D
about the missles what do people have against them. for it's only logical that a cruiser would have missles mounted on his ship. Because a fast moving target like fighters or bombers are very hard to hit with only 'normal' weapons.
