It has come to my attention that on the 3rd of the 11th 824 A.S a squadron of Fifth fleet ships did make their way from the Cortez system into the Dublin system. I do not need to remind you sir that this violates the treaty Liberty currently holds with Bretonia. While the Commanding officer of that ship did act with the best of intentions, it is still unacceptable, especially when the squadron in question entered Bretonia without permission. However, It is my understanding that she was not informed of the current state of affairs, which is why I am sending you this communication. I trust you will brief all of your pilots about the 'do's' and 'do don'ts' of Bretonia in future.
