Being that I've had good relations with the GMG for some time now, it disturbs me to find a bounty on all pirates in Sigma 13. We came to an agreement long ago to let each other alone. I wish to continue to honor this agreement.
According to this agreement, I will keep my operations along the imaginary lines between the jump holes and avoiding the trade lanes and Naha. My vessel is also used for trade among the Junkers, Blood Dragons and many of the "questionable" sort in Sirius. This trade is in the form of humanitarian aid including food, water, medicines and other such commodities. Any piracy within Sigma 13 would be solely on those traders who choose to utilize the jump holes between Chugoku and New Berlin. If they utilize the trade lanes, they will remain safe. Additionally, no GMG, Kishiro, Zoner or Junker will be engaged.
In return, I would hope to be exempt from any bounties placed on myself. I reside on Yanagi. Being that we are neighbors, I would hope to get along with one another. To that end, 95% of all trade passing through these jump holes are between Rheinland an Kusari. Being that Rheinland and GMG are on unfriendly terms, I see this as a deterrent to Rheinland traders from using the jump holes. Blood Dragons would agree ... especially with them traversing their home system to aid their life long enemy, the Kusari.
