I am Commandant Jean L'Herminier, of the Direction générale de l'armement (DGA), an outfit in charge of supporting the Marine Royale's strategic and logistical concerns. I have been tasked to submit a request to your services. In the interest of both parties, I will be brief.

Following a review of the operational requirements of our ground and space forces, the DGA would like to purchase nuclear devices from you. Krüger's savoir-faire in this field is recognised, even as far as Gallia. An oddity, both considering the distance between our Houses and the traditionally overwhelmingly superior technological level of our armaments compared to anything else.

He twirls his moustache, displaying a knowing smile.

We know where to get them, so delivery won't be a problem. All we require is your authorisation to purchase the devices, and we will handle the rest. The DGA values transparency and honesty with its industrial partners. Name your price, and provided it is within reason, we will see it done.

This request is important. I expect a prompt reply.

Providing the devices isnt a problem, but giving autorization isnt Kruger matter, and i prefer not risk one of your ships, without proper permission from Rheinland Government, being seen leaving a Kruger instalation with such devices, or getting intercepted on trip.

So i ask you coordinates for a "jump-delivery" as our pilots call it, in a place preferably already inside Gallic space, so minimum risks to both the deal itself and the Kruger image. Also i will need to know the quantity of the devices required. for 3000SC per unit, we deliver these devices in any sirius location, if you provide the coordinates.

Upon reviewing your reply, my superiors instructed me that my initial request had been poorly worded. You have my excuses for that. So let me rephrase.

Gallia does not need delivery by your own hands : the MRG has, through the DGA, its own logistical wing, and given the very delicate nature of the cargo we require, I am certain you will understand that we would prefer to oversee things by ourselves.
What we DO need from you, on the other hand, is a recommendation of trustworthiness as per article §1.5 of the Rheinland Law. Only with it can we request the procurement of these elements to your government, after which we will organise supply routes to and from your installations, with your permission. I should have made this clearer on my first transmission : again, you have my apologies for this waste of time. I will ensure it does not occur again.

So you can see why your help is critical to us. And as such, I renew my offer : in exchange of this service, you are free to name your price.
