I think we both know why I am writing to you. With Custodi unofficially claiming our Guild as subject of harassment and K.O.S. policy - independently from Corsair Empire's statement that had been presented so far in regard to CMG - we need a helping hand now to resolve things in diplomatic way. We tried to resolve situation with Custodi to give them out Val Khmeri who misbehaved in very unprofessional way and insulted them, but it did not work. I am afraid that only official statement of the Confederation can help in such a matter.
I am Jerard Voncloud, Joint head of the Confederation and Commander of the Kaldra, the ship that came to the aid of one of your vessels in Kappa.
Ill be frank, I've only heard murmurings of your organisation through contact to Freeport 11, Bethlehem and the IRG and yet, already, somehow. Your a pain in ones back side.
Not only did you manage to annnoy and insult an entire squadron of Corsairs, you blatantly lied to me as i was trying to fix the situation, as i have been shown the insult that was spouted

Now, i dont know if you realise it but your group are stating they are a "Zoner" company, now you remember what it means to be a zoner yes? that we are a diplomatic respectful people, we do not go around picking fights. Its commendable to try to enforce the No Fire laws but it is not looked favourably on that you INSULT people like some child in a playground.
You then wonder why the Custodii attacked you? when they out right said you had insulted them and showed no respect, and Im inclined to agree.
Whats worse is you started running your mouth off about Working on chart with Freeport 11 and under direct Freeport 11 control which, after a chat with Administrator Hanamura, is not the case. There is no such chart, there are no agreements between the CMG and the Freeport other then permission to trade with other traders on and around the station, permission i might add that is given to practically everyone who uses the station. You are not part of the station nor do you have no other Authority other then that so do not presume otherwise.
So as you can see, you have already become an issue, and one that isnt even part of the Confederation of Freeports, you are not ours, nor my responsibility. Ive read over your communication to the Corsair Empire and you seem to think your "entitled" to some sort of special treatment, which frankly you are not.
The Elders of the Corsairs made mention that if you wish to try and fix this problem you need to contact the Custodii directly instead of the Empire itself. So i recommend you do that. I will however not leave you out to dry, if you do contact them, which again i really do suggest you do, copy myself in and i will help if i can as someone who was witness to the events but i will not be acting as a Confederation representative as this does not involve it.

First of all, I would like you to stop using form 'you', 'you' and 'you' - since I had never been present at Freeport 11 that time. Val Khmeri was. And he is crux of entire issue in here. And very last thing he did over there was to represent Canis Majoris Group. He is no longer member of it.
I already contacted Custodi, that is why I messaged you. They already stated they will hunt every single CMG vessel even in Omicron Delta which they claim as their own territory as well. I already stated to them - so I did to you - that what Val Khmeri said does not represent the stance of CMG. The Custodi caught me off guard, because I had no idea what happened back when they demanded all the cargo and outright threatened all CMG to be shot down if they even approach Corsair Empire - without me not understanding what the hell was going on. Truth is, because of his utter incompetence in face of Freeport 11 and Custodi, CMG is now suffering not only the stigma from them but also from Confederation of Freeports.
Val Khmeri's words said around Freeport 11 DO NOT represent official stance of CMG which would NEVER even think about acting as owner of Freeport 11. Now, to be honest, what I can only think about is that Val Khmeri joined my Guild just to act as terrorist and destroy the idea of help for Bethlehem and Freeport 11 through defaming name of CMG. I honestly have no idea how to deal with that issue anymore, cause what that man did just shocked me and shaken to the bone.
Therefore, I officially want to brand Val Khmeri as unwanted terrorist that destroyed good name of Canis Majoris Group, shaking the entire group apart and credibility of the organization. We are already facing threat of being dissolved.
Firstly when i said "you" "you" and "you" im referring to the Canis Majoris Guild which you are currently representing..
looking at the facts not only did you allow your own member to insult the Corsairs in your own presence, you then have attempted to use him as a scape goat, that is a poor display for someone attempting to run any sort of organisation.
Not only this your Ex Guild member tried to lie their way out, himself telling me he didnt utter any such insults, that he works under the direct orders of Freeport 11
Frankly, your just trying to wriggle your way to being considered not at fault by shifting the blame to the pilot of the ship when as the employer of this pilot the responsibility whilst they fly your colours, is yours

Do not Return to the Omicrons if you value yours or your Guildmembers lives for we will not be responsible for what the Corsairs do to you nor will we intervene.
Or
Rebrand your Guild, and make DAMN sure that your pilots don't repeat what this "Val Khmeri" has done. Wether hes gone or not is irrelevent, at the time he was the Guilds representative.

Mister Voncloud.
We need to inform you that our representative, Ishram Teweli, took out his life several hours before this message has ever reached him. He could not live with the fact that the Guild's member screwed up so hard it put a thorn into the CMG's back. According to his last message left on the screen in front of his dead body, he takes entire responsibility for the failure. We need to put someone in charge now or dissolve Canis Majoris Guild entirely.
Until the situation is solved, the CMG will not reach as far as Omicron Theta's Freeport 9 and will be redirected to obtain Alien Organisms from there in exchange for Planetform's Flora Gro product. I do hope that solution will please both Confederation of Freeports and Custodi.

An unfortunate happenstance to hear, no matter the circumstance one should not be led to taking ones life.
So i will give you this advice to you as the current representative. Stay out of the Omicrons entirely Theta included. Or Disband. Thats all i have to say and will consider this matter closed.
