Project Renegade

Project RENEGADE is a move set in motion by the newly installed Premier Mehemed Selim's economic policy. The end goal is to have a home grown coalition transport. In the hopes of growing the coalitions economy and bolstering the SCRA's already potent arsenal. After a short debate it was agreed upon that the best option in regards to a transport was a Battle transport that would both sport a sizable cargo hold as well as a being able to defend its self when far from safe territory. Phase one entails acquiring a sample of each of the battle transport commonly seen around Sirius in order to see which would be the best to reverse engineer. When that is complete the blueprints for the ships will be drawn up and construction will begin.
