LNS-Eaglethunder101 has been sanctioned for:

Quote:3.6 Attacking without Roleplay.

Consequences:

This is your third violation of the this Rule, in as many weeks. Seeing as you were warned, for you first Offence, 2 days ago, this time your Ship has lost its guns and it is now parked in Bastille until you post here informing us you have read and understood the Server Rules.

If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

First of all i am sorry for what i made , since ive been quite off for 4 mounths ive forgot about the rules, no excuses
Also i want to say that i have read the rules im gonna try copy them here Still sorry i hope at least ill get my guns back already died in Bastille and ive learned my lesson.
Fair play, a level head and consideration for others are paramount. The rules are not a sword or shield to be used for or against someone, but to ensure that the server environment has structure and allows everyone to have fun. Due to the bare-bones nature of the rules, you can ask for clarification of these rules in this thread here, where we will also list some examples of the rules.

If on balance you think you may wish to file a violation report then you may do so here.

-- Administrators are obliged:
To develop and safeguard the health of the Discovery Freelancer community, official server, and forums.
To be fair and treat all players equally, independent of their level and faction alignment.
Not to mix server roleplaying with server administration in any way.
Not to ignore any cases of server rules violations that are reported.

Community Rules

Administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating the following rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.

0.0 The intent behind these rules are for everyone to be excellent to one another, and to use common sense. Consider the people around you. Keep fair play in mind. It's a game and nothing is gained, or lost, save the experience. Credits can be re-earned. Ammunition replenished. If you become infuriated step away. If you make a mistake apologize. If you wish to find a loophole in the rules, good luck.

Not allowed on Discovery forums or server:

1.1 Abusive, vulgar, obscene, political, racist, graphic, pornographic and law-violating materials
1.2 Flaming, insulting, trolling and harassing other players
1.3 Advertising
1.4 Adult content or links to it; This also includes any anime that is in any way graphic or pornographic
1.5 Meta/powergaming
1.6 Character names must be inRoleplay and the use of excessive symbols, profanity, country tags, memes, pop-culture references as player characters is not allowed. For guidelines, look here
1.7 Everything must be in understandable English
1.8 No ponies, furries, or direct imports are allowed
Guidelines on Discovery forums:

2.1 Embedded pictures can't be wider than 700px
2.2 Signatures can't be larger than 700*250px and 1mb

Server Rules

Discovery Freelancer 24/7 RP is a ROLEPLAYING server. ROLEPLAY is mandatory on the server.

Not allowed on Discovery Freelancer 24/7 RP:
3.1 Swearing and insulting outside of Roleplay, or excessive swearing/insulting inRP
3.2 Disconnecting in space to avoid interaction. If accidental, post here as soon as possible
3.3 OOC (Out of Character) chat and behavior in Local/System Chat
3.4 Attacking POBs (Player-owned Bases) without Roleplay/declaration (Attack Declaration Thread)
Note time considerations in This Thread.
3.5 Threatening with sanctions
3.6 Attacking without Roleplay. Players must be given reasonable time to react to hostilities.
3.7 Characters of level 29 and below or ships using a Recruit ID may not be attacked unless they:
Attack first by draining the shield down to 50% or firing a cruise disruptor.
Are at the scene of a battle and refuse to leave when told to leave.
Take an active part in a roleplay interaction.
Possess a codename (Class 9) weapon.
Attack a player base.
3.8 Attacking people in Connecticut, without their express permission
3.9 Having more than 1 ID per Tag. Faction Tags Rules can be found Here.

Discovery Freelancer 24/7 RP PvP rules:

4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered as ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:
Leave the system the fight took place in for two hours. You must not carry cargo while doing so and must not engage in any player interaction while you are leaving. Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system.
Not re-enter the system they died in on any of their characters for two hours.
Not attack the player/players they died to on any of their characters for two hours.

4.2 Demands should be reasonable and only one monetary or cargo demand can be issued during each piracy interaction.
4.3 Docking during combat with hostiles in docking message range (15k) counts as PvP Death, except for transports. If a player combat docks in a transport they may remain in the system for the sole purpose of trading only. They may not attack anyone unless in self defense. This restriction lasts for two hours.
4.4 Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID. Ship and equipment infocards which specify their use on a specific ID or specific ship must only be used on that ID or ship. In all other cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules except as described in 4.5
4.5 Nomads are allowed to be engaged by all non-nomad IDs regardless of engagement rights except for the Neutral and Recruit IDs.

Cheating and Exploits - Modifying your Discovery Freelancer installation or using third-party tools in order to gain advantage over other players is strictly forbidden and will result in deletion of ingame assets or/and a ban. This also includes specific cases such as:

5.1 Running the game with uncapped framerate that exceeds 155fps. Computers running uncapped framerate must use a third party program to limit the FPS to below 155. Tutorial.
5.2 Using cruise disruptors or missiles in order to track a ship that has successfully cloaked away during an interaction.
5.3 Intentionally ramming a capital ship with a smaller ship in order to ''flip'' it or ramming a capital ship in order to ''catapult'' your ship away from it.
5.4 Intentionally self-killing, teamkilling, planet and sun-diving during Combat Event Plugin enabled battles in order to prevent the opposing team from scoring points.
5.5 Connecting to the server with more than one character at a time (Multiboxing). Players who share a network connection and play together must not engage in trading/mining while doing so.
5.6 Suicide Trading.

Depending upon the rule/s being broken and the way in which they are broken then the infringement can range from a warning (do not do it again), a fine, loss of equipment, through to probationary periods (for example limits to forum sections you can post in, or leading official factions) and outright bans of varying duration. The preceding is not the full spectrum but are provided as examples. The actual post within the sanction thread will detail the resultant action/s taken.

Sharing is caring, but from a Server Administration standpoint, it is a huge headache. Our policy to Members who have been banned ''Permanently'' and their Server Assets have been finalized as thus:

A "Permaban'' defines a Sanction type where the Player who is being punished is intended to, along with his Server Assets, be removed from the Community for an indefinite amount of time, as opposed to regular bans which have a set end time. Permanent Bans are only appealed by submitting a Player Ban Appeal and are voted on by the Administration Team. If the vote fails, the Player may not submit another Appeal for another six months as already stated in the Server Rules.

When a player is "Permabanned", all of their ingame Assets are frozen. Shared characters are included in this freeze to avoid future situations where shared banks and expensive ships are being saved/bumped by a third party Member. The only ships that may not be hit by this freeze are shared Faction ships that have a been shiplocked. Requests to unban them will be viewed on case-by-case basis.

We would like to remind you, that you should only share access to your Accounts to people you trust and, that all risk of losing these Accounts are a risk you yourself are responsible for.
