Their payments have also been on time, and at times even in advance, and therefor are not a violation of the Liberty Code at this time.

I have double checked the base permissions list and it is indeed the case that Port Reyes is signed up correctly, the list the ONS has had must have been incomplete, I deeply apologize for this mistake, that should indeed not have happened. I hope that another caught smuggler who managed to dock on an installation, Fort Bush, to be precise, has transported slaves, makes up for this. This time the perpetrator was an Interspace Commerce vessel^[1]. Again, I want to apologize for my mistake. I wish you a pleasant evening.

Whoever it may concern:

Good evening, Agent Perkins reporting with an irritating incident. As I started a patrol just a few minutes ago, a Camara-class freighter piloted by a certain John Silverstone kept following me, keeping dangerously close distance and an overall shady and annoying attitude. Despite me telling him to stop tailgating my vessel, the man wouldn't change his course and thus I disrupted his engines to gain distance. He then disrupted a lane I was about to enter. I have heard about this individual a few times already, as he is supposed to be an annoyance for all of Liberty's lawful personnel, now I have seen it for myself. I decided to issue a fine of a million credits to Mr. Silverstone, which he decided not to pay. As nobody has come to harm yet and no physical punishment could be issued, I looked over this instance. However, I would like to inquire, if there is any specific information about this person, as his attitude is highly questionable and we would like to get all doubts out of our way now. If the Liberty Police could either share some of its information on this suspect, if any is available or assure, that no danger has so far originated from that pilot, the ONS would be very thankful.
