Greetings to everyone who receives this message;

My name is Diana Starr, I am an Omicrons-based Zoner, a veteran of the Delta crisis and a strong believer in active Zoner diplomacy.
We stand before a unique opportunity in this system, to demonstrate the willingness and aptitude of a group of individuals to unite against an aggressor and to retake territory that was ours, and to go further and carve out a largely ignored chunk of space by force.

I do not believe that we are to wage military campaigns against others, and I do still believe absolutely in the importance of free access and free admission of the Freeport rule. However, I also believe that there are certain overarching principles that our people wish to follow, that we have commonalities which unite us, and that we must stand against those which want to dismiss us as aimless drifters unconcerned with anything other than their personal well-being.
Simply defying the rule of houses is what makes an outlaw, but being a Zoner is more than that. It is easy to defy all the inside world, but less so to become one who supports, works with, and shares their life with others who share this philosophy.

I have moved my Conference, the Paladin's Wake, to Bering and I wish to take part in this operation, and if it is necessary, command. My sister Erica has also moved her Fearless-class, the Hotel World's End, to the vicinity. We are committing to this action.

What needs to be done now is to consolidate the forces we have, and plan our military actions. I ask any Zoner already in the area or even on the carrier itself, as well as any others wishing to take part, to respond here so that we may organize our response. Currently, we are planning and organizing our tactics and strategies as well as logistics in Bering. It appears we have more supporters than we thought, which is very good news, and you are welcomed to join the fleet. If you require medical support, supplies, fuel or ammunition, you can dock with Tarrafal. However be extremely careful in Bering. You are advised to pick your targets carefully and if possible only in self-defense as there is still a chance to solve the situation without further bloodshed. And if possible, do not lure any non-Zoners to our location in Bering. As long as we remain hidden, we have an advantage over the opposition.
