This message is for the Order Overwatch commanders.
I am Commander Avensis Blaine of the Order Scout Vessel Thoth.
We have Recently begun operations within the Omicrons, spending our time under Cloak, monitoring activity and communications.

This particular operation we were in Omicron Delta, keeping tabs on a set of Core Vessels, we intercepted communications between them and a pilot from Kusari claiming to be part of the "Kempetai". It would seem they are interested in working alongside the Core. We recorded as much of the conversation as we could but we had to withdraw whilst we still had Cloak batteries left. Our ship isn't built for full on combat, and with a Core Battlecruiser a gunboat and a fighter in the vicinity we couldn't risk our cloak dropping.

Below is the full record we managed to acquire.

Had we been able to we would of continued to monitor the conversation but we had to bid a retreat, i hope this information albeit brief will be an aid to you in preempting potential new enemies in the Omicrons.

Thank you for bringing this communique to our attention. With this information my suspicions are comfirmed that the Kusari Government still haven't gotten the message of peace I sent with a Koa agent back to their home. This development is.... worrying to say the least. That civil war at least kept their noses out of our affairs, but I am afraid that this is no longer the case. Keep up the good work Commander, and you will make quite a name for yourself.

If i may be so bold, maybe its worth reminding the Kusari Government about who it is that currently polices Tohoku and Heavens Gate, i doubt they wish for the current occupants to be allowed to roam free from there.
