Returning to the topic over windows OS and preferences to which OS. Ever thought of a dual boot system?
Having both Win 7 and Win 10 can have a lot of advantages especially if you find that Disco runs better on Win 7 as I have.

Enjoy building your system, I wish you much success.

I dual boot KDE Neon and win 10. Windows 10 achieves the best frame rates for games, and windows 7 is a pain to set up with new CPU's, as they don't support USB 2.0. You usually have to have to inject source files into your drivers to get it working, which is a bit to much hassle for an inferior OS. Don't get me wrong, I loved windows 7, but I prefer linux for productivity and general use and have windows on a separate partition for games.
