Need a signiture please, i will pay!

Hello, i'm looking for a good signiture for my Rheinland Federal Police Characters, RFP|Frederick.Belz (Phantom) and RFP|Command.Centre (Currently Prisoner Liner, soon to be Luxury Liner). Because i am joint leader of the faction I was hoping for a personal signiture.

Ok, for the Phantom. For this one i would like Planet New Berlin in the background, with Oder Shipyards and most of the ring visable, but not the Ring mooring fixture part. Three Phantoms (or Banshees, you can't really tell the difference with them) should be flying past in cruise, heading from the left to the right, but so it looks like they would eventually hit the front of the sig if they kept going, so going at an angle heading toward the front of the signiture. On the top right han corner should be "Frederick Belz", and on the bottom left corner should be "Inspektor Der Polizei of the Rheinland Federal Police", both the writings written in the same green shade as Rheinland is.

For the Comman Centre i would like something very similar, except with a Luxury Liner being escorted by Three Phantoms (or Banshees), and in the top right hand corner written "The Command Centre", and in the bottom left written "Of the Rheinland Federal Police", both written in the same green as Rheinland is.

If you can make one to all of these parameters you can offer your price to me, and i will make the money (because at the time i am writing this, i am broke). However i do not mind if you switch the places where the writing is placed.
