Hi guys,

I'm Eclipse's brother - he asked me to write sth to resolve raised conflict (the reason behind this request - his english is far from perfect as it's not his/our native language).

Actually i don't know what he had done but usually it's a good idea to provide a proof of a guilty.

Proof of server rules violations include screenshots, videos, evidence of players and administrators themselves.

So it seems that proof is smb's evidence since no video/screenshot/quote has been provided?

He can't remember that he said anything offensive; thus, any specific examples of the rules violation are welcome - i'll try to explain him what's wrong to avoid such incidents in future.
