The kind of behaviour that you are displaying, is the the sort of behaviour that we will not accept on this Server. That you purposely 'targeted' a certain Player to 'teach him a lesson' is just not on. It is not your place to 'teach anybody a lesson', that is our responsibility. I have already had a word with the person, in Game, and explained what he is doing wrong, and therefore we will act if/when someone reports him, in the future(which is the correct procedure).
Access to the Server has been removed for 1 month. Take this time to reflect on your attitude, it is a Game, designed for people to have fun (but not at the expense of others).

Ok, i guessed it was that, i will say the same i was going to say that player that reported me, but couldn't for the reasons i will say now.
My intetions weren't at all to troll or harass that guy, but test if his entire enviroment have been improved after he getting more than 4 sanctions, being one of the last he got mine personally, and seeing how staff didn't take any retaliation for his obnoxious attitude in game, with several players, including me, i decided to check if he really has learned how things work in the server and if he read the rules, since i had several encounters with him and most of them were F1ning or OOC/OORP behaviour in public chat, which can be comprehensive for new players, but its starting to be ridiculous after getting not one or two sanctions, but 4, in less than 3 months, if it looked that i was trying to trolling or harrassing someone i will say im sorry, that wasn't my intetion at all, and i will improve my actions from now.
Also, have to say, in less than half an hour that the same guy logged not one, but two of his characters to try to kill me, without the engagement lines, once was a spatial (which i would like to remark that the time with that spatial not only attacked me, but also that player that reported me, funny how he do not mention any of that) and the other one was a rheinland carrier, and that when he appeared with his rheinland carrier to attack me i tried to speak with him for several minutes and to tell him that it should follow the rules and RP as everyone else should do in this server, and that if he needs help, just ask for it, he didn't listened at all, and also said that he was going to attack me more times, i have evidence of this in DSAce and also a video from the rheinland carrier encounter.
Since I reported you, I will have to say something.
1. That Player didn't attack you in a Rheinland Carrier, don't assume things. I was after our interaction in Omega 7, with him in teamspeak and we were flying together.
2. I did mention that he attacked you, but it was the result of you targeting him. I think our conversation via PM speaks for itself.
3. Even if he doesn't improove after 10 sanctions. You aren't here to judge him.
4. He did listen, but due to his very rare understanding of English he had some Problems.
5. I talk to him everyday and explain him what to do and not do, he is already getting better. He Needs only time.
That player didn't attacked me in the rheinland carrier because i was speaking with him, what do you think it would happen if i didn't said a word to him in the first place? It was right in that gate, at less than 8K of me. Is not an assumption, the situations itself is enough obvious to know that he was going to attack me, and i know it was the same player because of the name he had and the PM we sent eachother.
I know im not here to judge no one, but, its kinda annoying to have so much encounters with this kind of players and that they not only never get a serious retaliation when sanctioned several times, but also they do not improve ingame, if he needs time, he has more than three months in the server, i don't see any improvement, personally, i would like to see it since the server needs new, active players, but this ones not.
The fact that i did targeted him is not excuse for breaking the rules regarding pvpdeath and ooc/oorp behaviour in public chat.
And again, if it looked like i wanted to harass him, Neraxon, sorry for that, it wasn't my intetion, can be sure this will not repeat again, and good luck helping him.

As for, punishments, we like to give new Players a chance and we generally start off with a visit to Bastille to get them to talk to us. The punishments then progressively more costly.
If you think we are being too lenient with our punishments, then it would also increase the punishments to the longer Playing Members.

And he got bastilled, but then was released the same day just because he said "Im sorry i read the rules", with 4 sanctions in his back, thats why i tested if he did really learned the rules, nothing more.
And well, if longer/veteran playing members suddenly start to have a bad enviroment and several sanctions without any improvement to his game attitude, i don't see why not, this is my first sanction in more than six months of activity, i do not break the rules, nor troll or harass no one, if you are suggesting that, Denis.
