Killing a level 19 starflier with a gunboat, and the same starflier separately with a battleship.

Comments / Instructions : You both know better, and unless the OPG wants to watch this civil war play out from holo-viewers in Bastille, it had better attend a continuing education seminar on the server rules, including lessons on controlling twitchy trigger fingers.
Since Torquemada is a shared account i'd like to see the screenshots. Maybe with the help of those we can figure out who it was and have a talk to this person. I'm sure this won't happen again in the future.
I do remeber this incident. It was me firing. Ok the situation was that HAF had been asked to move out of the system and none of them were responding. A certain pilot then began shooting at the torquemada and i returned fire. Granted I should have checked level first however a request had been made previously for them to move and they chose to shoot at the torque instead. needless to say when they were blown up they moaned about under level killing. A basic tactic here for HAF seems to provoke people to rule break which in no way releases me from responsibility. I am unable to confirm and of the discussion prior to the event at present as my Laptop is being fixed. My activity online is only due to a 6yr old PC at present so I cannot find any screenshots from this.
I would like to appologise to HAF and the Admin team for generating avoidable work. I guarantee that this was a genuine mistake and I did at the time applogise in system to the one I shot.
