Guten abend,

My name is Patricia Becker, a Colonel with the Order cell 'Legacy of Orillion'. About an hour ago, we received a priority message from a group calling themselves the Oracles, known across Sirius as a group with connections to both organized crime and the Nomads. This message was directed to the entirety of the Order, both the Overwatch and all cells in Sirius, reporting a radical shift in the organized crime syndicate known as the Outcasts.

I will provide a read-only link to the transmission for confirmation, but the wording indicates that the official representatives of the Outcasts, the so called 'National Council', were feeding to Order Overwatch representatives of the lies that the Outcasts had rejected the 'spirits' as they call them. This was proven in this transmission to be false.

I feel this news is relevant to your cause as the Outcasts operate within Liberty space, and as such information of this calibre would likely be very useful in discerning the truth.
