Hacker|in|Makin has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 17/01/2009 for:

6.20 Attacking traders or demanding cargo is not allowed for cruisers and battleships, unless cruisers and battleship belong to Terrorist ID or Phantom ID owner.

Consequences: Fined all credits, guns and armour. Notifications in hold. Banned for 30 days for repeated violations.

Notes: The rules, there's a page of them, seven sections. Most of our community get them enough to avoid our violation boards, but apparently you don't. Time and time again we find you here, well enough is enough. You're gone for thirty days, during which time you should read those rules again and again until they permeate that skull of yours. Oh yes and do not pirate or shoot traders in anything bigger than a gunboat. It's not allowed. Hopefully you'll remember that next time you get to log on.

One last thing Order cruiser turrets on an Outcast Destroyer owned and operated by the Hackers? That's also a no.

For Admin and Player reference, this player is Red|Dwarf and all associations thereof.

Ok i understand i did charge that trader but i have read the rules over and over again and i could find a no cruisers or BS tax rule, so i wasnt aware of that.

I was aware that ships from one faction can go to another faction if they are close enough? and i thought lane hackers and outcast where as close as you could get. :unsure:

Please Unban me 30 days is too long, I will follow rules 110% more next time. Once i was told of the rule violation by a LN member i did apologise to the trader and then did Re-read the rules over again. but still under pvp or anyother type of rule.

Don't make me wait 30days unban me and ill undo all those mistakes. 30days is a bit OTT, just to make sure i get the point. :angry:

And just which part of this is unclear ? Glaringly obvious to those who have actually bothered to read the
rules.
This is the second time you have been banned for repeat offences, and the second time you say you have
read the rules. Well unfortunately the general feeling is, that you haven't bothered, and are not going to
unless you receive a very serious poke into doing so.
This is that timely reminder sir.
