Since their break from Then Council, this small Maquis cell have openly committed several acts of terrorism that goes beyond what is normally justifiable during wartime. This splinter cell will give no mercy to any of their victims, especially if it is civilian's who actively show their support to the Crown. This group of terrorist's are known for their brutally effective and efficient ability to strategise their operations to make sure they are a success with minimal loss. This group on do not regularaly collect any evidence on any of their target's unless it is to help them identify whom are safe to call a idealistic friend. If someone is suspected of actively working for the Crown, even so much as organizing aid packages for their solider's. They will immediatly be targetted by the Maquis if caught in action. This small spliner cell will again give no mercy to those who are deemed a threat.
The actions of this splinter cell have earned the respect of other Gallic organisations such as Gallic Brigands and Unione Corse. Due to this, it puts the Maquis and other Gallic unlawfuls into a unique position to be able to successfully coordinate attacks on the Gallic Royal Navy due to the well nurtured friendships. This helps all four groups to gather resources to be able to deploy more of a threat in the long run.
Despite the popularity with other groups within Gallia. The Maquis' actions have driven away a large percentage of support from the civilians of Gallia. While The Council are grateful for the support the Maquis provides, they largely enjoy the support from many within the Gallic Metal Services and other corporations. The Maquis Spliner Cell are viewed as the largest terrorist organisation within Gallic, this is due to the group being full of murderer's, a large amount of people who are guilty of war crimes and alot more serious crimes. This view they recieve from Gallic Civilians, police, and Navy is what they wanted to be viewed as. The Maquis will outwardly claim to act in order to free the people from the greater threat of the Monarchy, but inwardly more than a few of their actions serve as a vegeance for personal grievances that they blame the Crown's force for.
Faction History:
In the early 7th century A.G.S, the Maquis became responsible for a series of massive terrorist attacks. These attacks claimed over two thousand civilians within the Gallic cities. This harmed the Council's reputation and so much wanted all the Maquis expelled and where now to seek new bases of operations. With that people would think that the two groups would become enemies, but no, the Maquis evolved into something larger which was a group for fortune seekers. The group started working with The Council and became one of the most feared terrorist organisations Gallia had seen for years. The Maquis using this to their advantaged by broadening their range of assaults they made against the Crown. While supporting piracy and smuggling. In addition the current Maquis to date have played a important role within the Second Gallic War, fighting alongside the Council against the Gallic Royal Navy, while gaining trust of the other Gallic unlawful groups. It became clear that the Gallic unlawful groups wanted the same as The Maquis, which wanted the same as the Council.

Just some feedback on the write up, I suggest removing parts of your allowed ships section. There’s no sense listing ships you can’t use because of your ID but also maybe just list the ships you intend to use, you could always add or remove some later on but the list looks very long at the moment. I’d be very surprised if you had members flying stargazers or Rock badgers on a regular basis.
I would suggest reworking a lot of your formatting as it really feels like an eyesore currently. Certain things are indented incorrectly, the text is large, in your face, and just a tad too blinding.
Like @Rantari, I would suggest removing ships that you cannot fly as well as those you can but haven't really done the RP to be able to use.
There are also a few instances of broken or malformed English within your writeup, and I suggest a second look.
I also think, given your conduct to this point, it's rather soon to be pursuing officialdom. Gallic groups probably have it as one of the hardest to get official due to how the region is and its activity, and from what I've seen thus far, this group seems to lack a bit of control and the ability to process feedback with a controlled manner. From my experiences in game, and from what I've seen on the forums, you're extremely defensive about pretty much everything.
I have to agree with Laz, formating could use some touching up. Especially in regards to seeking officialdom. Many factions always seek it way too soon in my opinion. They dont let the air of being a new faction subside and get fully prepared. This faction is just over 2 weeks old and you're seeking officialdom, when personally I haven't seen the faction conduct itsepf as an official faction should.
Let time pass and the air of being new pass. Ensure those that have interest now will still have interest in the longhaul.
Taken into consideration from all three of the feedbacks regarding our official faction creation request. Some edits have been done to fix the indent, and what ships will be used. We will take a second read through the write up and do our best for spelling and punctuation.
We understand that Gallia is one of the hardest places to create an official faction due to the activity levels, but since Maquis have been active, there has been a large activity rush there, and we hope for it to be a long period of time also. Alot of the Maquis members are motivated at this moment in time, and aslong as our leadership stays active, our members will stay active and motivated also. There is alot of roleplay in the works currently to keep us active which will help us gain some votes hopefully to get one step closer to becoming an official faction.
Also regarding our feedback, there has been a few bad feedback responses, but also a few positive ones too, but the way we see it, if we were not active, then who will be active in gallia? Who will bring roleplay, pvp and interactions to the inside parts of Gallia? Not only that but we are also providing roleplay on the forums, and ingame to other factions, which there is evidence of.
I hope this helps and will change you're minds on us, but we are serious about this, and we would like to gain the support, trust and assistance from anyone willing to help.
