We request a following.

Good evening,

You are correct, sir. These are dark times indeed for Bretonia, and might I add, her allies too. Unfortunately because of this, we must be ever cautious; un-calculated decisions musn't be made. With this in mind, sir, I must ask you to provide me with a substantial summary of who you are, your organisation and your desires - for the Admiralty Board haven't heard of/seen your organisation before, we must be sure we aren't being taken for fools. I hope you understand our position and I look forward to your response before we discuss your proposition.

Regards.

Good evening,

Thank you for explaining your organisation's diplomatic alignments in greater detail, it has led to some discussion within the Admiralty Board. Your friendship and cooperation is something that we most certainly desire, our pilots have confirmed working with you on occasion and we are pleased to find an ally in you. However, unfortunately, due to the limited infrastructure that we are currently working with in New London, for the time being we are not able to grant you permission to dock such large vessels on Armed Forces stations. By all means, your smaller vessels may dock, resupply and repair - but we simply do not have the capacity to offer our stations to your flagship and for that we apologise.

It is our hope that we can still rely on you and your pilots in this time of great struggle.

Regards.
