CS325 and Kelley have been sanctioned for:

6.15 Owners of Bounty Hunter/Mercenary/Freelancer IDs have a right to attack:

- Pirates
- Traders ships carrying smuggled goods and refusing to drop them
- (not for FL ID) Lawful and unlawful players with a bounty on their heads

6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag
not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.

Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to
use Outcast ships and guns.

Gentlemen, deleting/name changing the accounts make little difference here, the software just spits out every
thing ever created.
The trader was not carrying smuggled goods, and lines like "Should we engage then," and "I think we should."
Have little or no roleplay value. Just an attack for the sake of it.
Seen as both of you have deleted those ships now, your others have been sanctioned instead.

CS325 has had all credits and guns removed, as there was little of value on there. Kelley, you have a 10 million
credit fine.

why was i sanctioned when i was fired upon by the other ship? was there any sanction to him? i was moving away from teh engagement when that ship shot me. and ive tryed to get rid of the friggin police tag and get a zoner id but its not easy.

im not forking it off on anyone. i didnt fire first i was fired upon. but it seems this matter has already been decided and it doesnt matter what i say AT ALL. this is crazy. just friggin crazy. a server that plays favorites and doesnt get BOTH sides isnt a good server to play. i wasnt even asked by ANYONE what happend. friggin bs
