Raptor_RL has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 22/02/2009 for:

6.20 Attacking traders or demanding cargo is not allowed for cruisers and battleships, unless cruisers and battleship belong to Terrorist ID or Phantom ID owner.

Consequences: Fined all credits and guns, notifications in hold.

Notes: You don't shoot at traders in your cruiser, smugglers are also covered by this. Do not do it again.
