I am contacting you today in regard to the facility 'Nersingen'. While conducting a routine inspection tour of bases, our patrols detected your facility, and attempted to carry out a routine base check. Accordingly, a follow up investigation discovered that this facility appears to be in violation of several points of Rheinland Laws.
Charges Wrote:In accordance with the Laws of Rheinland, it is hereby alleged that base installation 'Nersingen' is in violation of: I. Violation of Article 7, §1. - Failure to register modular bases within the Rheinland Modular bases Registry before the construction begins. Ia. Violation of Article, §1.1.1 - Failure to Register: Name of the Base Ib. Violation of Article, §1.1.2 - Failure to Register: Name of Station Administrator Ic. Violation of Article, §1.1.3 - Failure to Register: Affiliation of Station Id. Violation of Article, §1.1.4 - Failure to Register: Purpose of the Station Ie. Violation of Article, §1.1.5 - Failure to Register: Existing Trade Agreements If. Violation of Article, §1.2 - Failure to Register: Location of Base
II. Violation of Article 7, §1. - Failure to Register for Expansion Permit.
III. 2 Violations of Article 7, §8.3 - Construction of Unregistered Weapons Platforms without a Permit. IIIa. In accordance with our standard proceedure, a follow up examination of your station was conducted by officers of my staff. This examination has lead our investigators to conclude that you have had plenty of time to make the necessary legal arrangements. I am therefore informing you at this time that you have 72 hours to respond to my communique, or risk legal action undertaken against you in accordance with Article 7, §9 and Article 7, §5.
As these are serious charges, I urge you to contact my office forthwith.

An die zustaendige Person(nen). Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, guten tag,
I am sending this message to inform you that, as you have failed to respond to our communication within the alloted time, your facility has been found to be in violation of Article 7, §1 and Article 7, §8.3 or the Laws of Rheinland. Therefore, in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 7, the modular installation "Nersingen" has been scheduled for eviction and deconstruction.
You have twenty four hours to evacuate your personnel and property from the base, otherwise it will be done by the demolition team which will consist of Rheinland authorities. Delivering any supplies or materials to the base is forbidden from this moment and will be considered as violation of orders given by law-enforcement authorities’ representatives, and may incur further legal action.

Your base was deconstructed successfully following evacuation by Rheinwehr personnel, in accordance with Artikel 7, Paragraph 9.If you plan to construct any other modular base in Rheinland space in the future, do it fully and properly in accordance with our laws, to prevent problems or even loss of a whole base.
