Chemical and Physical properties of Azurite (Az)

Preamble

Azurite is an element in group 18, it is a blueish gas in its elemental form at STP and vacuum. It naturally occurs in the compound "A6" which is a blue solid at standard temperature and pressure. It has been recently discovered as element 168 and has one known stable Isotope, Az-486, making it the first known element of the long proposed theory of stable super heavy elements and possesses unusual nuclear properties which is exploited in the current iteration of the Ingenuus Power Cell. This multistage report will serve to document and categorize all the known properties of the element Azurite. Experiments will be conducted during this effort to independently verify its properties. The laboratory aboard the research vessel 'Rimari' will facilitate these experiments.

Superfluid Conditions and Lambda Point of Azurite (Az)

Introduction and Procedure

Pure Azurite possess similar phase properties to Helium yet with higher temperatures. Azurite has been observed to reach and maintain a super fluid state at higher temperatures and pressures than Helium. He3/He4 Dilution Refrigerator was used to achieve the temperatures necessary for the experiment , a Cryogenic Digital Thermometer was used for recording the temperatures. A standard barometer and compressor were used for the recording and creating the pressure necessary.
Results

During the experiment Azurite exhibited super fluid properties at 2.869 MPa up to 2.46 Kelvin, a bcc point at 3.052 MPa and 3.01 Kelvin was reached. The Lambda point of Azurite was narrowed down to be approximately 3.6204 Kelvin at 101.325 KPa. Closest achieved with our experiment was 3.6204007 Kelvin.

Conclusion and Thoughts

The equipment in the laboratory was insufficient to reach closer to the Lambda point than .007 Kelvin. Azurite's Lambda point being the highest known currently may yield more success in reaching the temperature. Significant energy will be required however, if its even possible, No one has yet to reach the Lambda point of any element. Superfluidity was able to be maintained at a slightly higher temperature than Helium.
