Chilhood
Rose-Marie Dumont born into a family of military officers, soldiers and captains. Her father Jean-Guy Dumont was a proud captain of an Obstinate Battlecruiser. Her mother Veronique Dumont was a marine in 6th Marine Regiment. Rose-Marie always admired to be a captain, she was a fan of big vessels and her family pushed her hard from early days, both mentally and physically. Growing with the propaganda and in wealthy elite class of Gallic echelons, she always thought Gallic Royal Navy as protectors of humanity and a beacon of hope in the darkness of space.
Teenage:
Rose-Marie Dumont was a successful student. At age 14, she graduated from Louvre Cadet School with exceptionally high grades and recommendations of her teachers and started to go to de Gaulle War School. There she continued to have education about both "traditional" subjects like math, physics and so on also intermediate military theory. She had no problems keeping up with her classmates that were 2 year older than her. Again she graduated with exceptional grades from the War School.
Military Career
At age 17 she started to get military training at Academie Militarie de Orleans. Despite some incidents at the Academy she managed to get recommendations from her superiors and completed her training successfully. Posted to Council Front aboard RNS-Dutertre, a "Valor"-Class Battleship as a marine, ranked Lieutenant. She successfully completed tasks given to her including taking initiative to repel boarding parties during a daring assault from a Council "Redemption"-Class Battleship. She served as a marine for 2 years and got promoted to Capitaine over time.
After being a Capitaine, she was assigned to RNS-Tremblay, a "Perilous"-Class Gunboat as Second Officer. After serving for 6 months and both death of Captain and First Officer in battle, she assumed command of the ship and returned the ship successfully back to nearest shipyard for repairs. Dumont served as the captain of the Tremblay for 3 years. Then she was transferred back to Dutertre, due to her superiors thought her skills were wasted at such a small vessel. This time as Third Officer of the ship.
After serving aboard Dutertre for 4 year, she was promoted to Commandant and Second Officer of the ship. At 735 A.G.S. Gallia was battling both Crayter Republic, Bretonia Armed Forces and Liberty Navy in Leeds. Due to that, Dutertre and other notable ships brought to Leeds Front. In numerous conflicts Dutertre fought side by side with famous First Fleet ships and Secondary Fleet ships such as Royal Vanquelin and Tonnant. Due to her courageous actions, Dumont was promoted to First Officer at 736 A.G.S.
Present
As Gallic Royal Navy pushed into California and lately New London, while Dumont had her doubts of Royal Navy, she still did her duty as First Officer and later Commander of the Dutertre. Prior to Southampton's fall at 741 A.G.S, the Dutertre was assisting Carcassone at Cortez and California. However Command demanded her to station at New London to assist the New London assault. As she got news of Bretonia's barbaric expansion into Omega 49 and later clashes with Independent Miners Guild at 742, her doubts were weakened and eventually erased of her nation. Now, filled with zealous loyalty once again and a desire to protect who suffers from Bretonia's actions, she aims to serve vigilant, ever.
