RepBar isn't an image. It's an actual bbcode feature that was added where you can create reputation bars for forum threads.

Minor necro incoming; Ran into the same issue a while back. Although I found no way to center the repbars, my "fix" was to do the repbars in a preview post, make a screenshot and then treat it as a series of images for the final post. Not a fix, I know, but may it help you.
