Promotion Center is exclusively made to display promotions of members that deserved the promotion through hard-work. This channel is heavily encrypted and only visible to members of the Maquis [MQS]. Personnel that has permission to make promotions has permission to do so, whilst lower ranks only have permission to see the promotions.
