Earlier today, her majesty's Secret Intelligence Service announced that the former 2nd in Command/Chief of Staff of the SIS, Adrienne Perry, was assassinated approximately one month ago over Planet New London. The assassination was not initially reported as the intelligence service wanted to launch an investigation into the security breach and to narrow down suspects. One intelligence officer, who wanted to remain unnamed, claimed that an LSF officer was behind the assassination, but they wanted to keep the information under wraps as they suspected the LSF officer had gone rogue. Battlegroup Auxesia was also under investigation for the assassination, but our unnamed source refused to comment further.
In other news, the SIS spokesperson has also announced that the 2nd in command position has been taken over by an unknown intelligence officer Lady Sarah Mountbattenrumoured to be a part of the esteemed "00" program.
Adrienne Perry, is survived by her husband and her 4 children.
