I sure wish there was a FAQ About this Subject, would be Nice to log ways people/Players have found ways around this. and have it all on a Read Only Google docs page or something with all the FAQ Q&A on a Search Tree of Sorts by Subject and a drop down under each subject for related problems, to make it very easy to find a solution to your problems. Yeah I know I am Dreaming, But I have not been on Freelancer in like 5 months now, Over 2 months I was out of town, and my Hard drive crashed, and when I had it all reset up after I got back home I could not pull up a server list. and that was 3 months ago. I have been trying to find answers myself online anywhere I though I might could find an Answer, and have had no Luck, I have to get back ASAP to take care of my 2 bases, the person that has been keeping them up started a new Job and has no time to take good care of my bases now.
so Please help with any Ideas that might work, thanks. and God Bless all you who Read this

Things I have tried so far that I can Remember

Made sure all AV's where off and not loaded.
Made sure Freelancer was added to Windows Firewall Exclusion, and it was
Checked to see if Direct play was enabled, and it is
Note: My forgetter works over time these days so can't remember everything I have tried
ok I found the problem, Again it was a Antivirus Program, I added Exceptions and everything, but as soon as I un-Installed My Antivirus Program's the Server list came right up!
