Fellow Guildsmen.

In the light of the recent events we have diverted our attention away from fighting the imperialistic puppeteers of Bretonia, instead focusing on mending our own injures: the loss of Aland was a major blow for us, and even so - the moment of The Guild's recovery is approaching quickly - with all the efforts put into it, we have severely exhausted our current assets, and are in need of opportunity to recover the spent resources.
Through all the time i have been in discussion with the Xeno Alliance regarding such an opportunity they have graciously offered to us, along with their support in developing it's deposits.
But we can not afford jumping into any projects head-on.
As such - i would like to see a survey team to depart to Hallam and procure an extended survey and assessment of the present deposits and the amount of personnel and machinery necessary to effectively support the mining colony and develop said deposits.
The survey team should depart in 72 hours since this announcement, and keep the final destination and the intended operations in strict secret from anyone except the Xeno Alliance operatives.
The order is effective immediately.
