Real Estate Market on Stuttgart Falters
Planet Stuttgart

The recent and unexpected Supernova of Omega 11’s famous red giant has already started to influence Rheinland’s most hospitable planet. With the cataclysm’s storm front only six years away it would appear that real estate markets on Stuttgart are already showing signs of a downturn.

58 % of sales in the second quarter closed below asking price, according to New Berlin’s RIW. Purchases fell 26 % compared to last year – effectively it was the lowest tally since the end of economically infamously chilly year of 802 A.S.

"The last few years were very good for Stuttgart, with steady growth in part due to München disaster. Some would argue the growth has been unsustainable and now we’re seeing a correction, perhaps even deflation of the real estate market. It has nothing to do with the Supernova – that’s too far out to have an adverse effect on the planet’s ecosystem — it has everything to do with the developments in the Sigmas, “ said Hermann Otterstein, CEO of Otterstein & Berg. He adds that buyers “do believe that the market is sure to go up in time, mainly when the situation in Sigmas becomes clearer… but it’s not going up right now. Everyone’s looking at new options.”

Stuttgart officials have yet to comment on how the Supernova is going to affect the planet’s atmosphere and biosphere. The uncharacteristic silence only adds to the uncertainty surrounding the potential apocalypse that has investors stunned six years in advance.
