The following are guidelines for posting a Critical Development Bug. Please follow this template as closely as possible as it makes processing the request simpler.
Remember, if the reported bug is found to be critical, you will receive a PM asking for a character to which 100 Million SC will be delivered. Even if not found to be critical, but a non-critical bug, the bug will still be addressed, and we thank you for your contribution. After filing the report, just go out, play the game, and have some fun.
NOTICE: Development Bugs, such as info-card syntax issues, ships and equipment not being sold in a base are not critical. They should be reported in this section. Critical Development Bugs are ones that can be abused by players to their own benefit and that endanger the stability and integrity of the game overall.
TEMPLATE
Here is the standard template for reporting critical bugs. Please stick to the format as provided. The guys that deal with them will start writing naughty limericks about the staff and murder bot-kittens if you don't follow the template. Information for the report will go in where the *text* is shown in the template.
