Now you go back to catching everything with your super big hitboxes. Sure the old dagger tire carriers(Freaking love that) looked ugly, but they were decent in a fight compared to Xing's models.

The old models were balanced in an era when balance was done by @mjolnir and nobody knew how to make a correctly functioning hitbox. We no longer face such challenges.

I wish people spent less time dwelling on stuff like this and more time just trying to play the game. Would be a completely different place if that were the case. There were very obvious quality problems with the all black ships beyond the near criminal offense of being matte black. They weren't original and were extremely low quality. And in a mod that constantly tries to improve quality standards of game assets it would seem kind of asinine to keep using models that are objectively worse in every regard. I'm not even seeing any genuine complaints here, it's almost as if someone personally doesn't like how they look rather than a technically motivated argument.

If anything the current snubs could do with better textures, that's probably the only aspect that's a little lacking. Models are solid otherwise and it was a breath of fresh air to finally get them back after having to deal with ships that looked so awful even a mother wouldn't love them.

On indefinite hiatus because the current state of gameplay sucks - ping me over discord if replies are needed

Wonderful. Because I remember first hand the refrigerator hitboxes.
