Had a new POB deployed. Within 16 hours it was destroyed by NPC's shots missing their targets and hitting the base.
The base was reduced to 11,000 HP at the time which means some one must have shot it repeatedly to bring it down. Doesn't it?

Never seen npcs destroy a base myself. You are sure you had enough crew, FOW for them and reinforced alloys to repair with?

It was a brand new base. It didn't have time to disintegrate. Because someone said they saw it at 11,000 hp and a stray shot from an NPC took it out. Even if the NPC could take the base out at that level, I can only assume it was taken down to that level by nefarious means.

Which it can't. If you think there was fowl play, report it to the devmins.

Or someone was telling me fibs and it actually glitched.

Thanks Laz.

Brand new bases take damage quick if you do not have the supplies needed for them, like i said.... "You're sure you had enough crew, food, oxygen, and water for them, and reinforced alloys to repair with?" without them a base can die pretty damn quick.

16 hours is a pretty long time for a base, maybe you didn't have enough supplies on it?

And a base starts taking damage as soon as it is dropped, so yeah plenty of time for a core 1 base to disintegrate if not supplied properly.
