"Discovery Watcher" program not working

Hi everyone!

There is a program called Freelancer Discovery Watcher which would obtain the players list from the server and notify you if someone enters the game. I know it's an old program and used to work a few years ago but now it doesn't. I wonder what the cause would be. It's such a useful app to see if my friends or foes are online

the actual launcher make this, joining and leaving player

to know who is in a system, it's different, the GM have removed the possibility i think, you must verify!
