Regarding the Gallic Royal Navy, Council, and Gallic Royal Police roleplaying forum threads that I posted : these are not required in any way for Gallic players, but they are intended to serve as central locations for Gallic player roleplaying, used as both rosters and message dumps for relevant characters. Use them for the same purposes as the recruitment and message dump threads that you are used to using already for existing factions. The point is to have a central location of communications for each faction. Moderators may edit the first post as necessary to update the roster for each faction with your characters.
There is a lot to learn about Gallia, but those threads can serve as starting points for introducing you to Gallic roleplaying (all of the information is authentic).
Naturally, those threads are for in-character posts only.
