4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
I actually have faced the problem that I don't know on which existing ID to fly En, considering her background. Loyola is a forum-only character since my return for that exact reason. I could fly different IDs in different regions, but that's a bad approach. So yes, I need those to fly in space.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
Short-term goals:
To rebuild her soft-power and try to get some firepower under her command.
Long-term goals:
Megalomanic plans to become established Monarch and found her own royal dynasty, rebuild Sirius to her liking. But there's also a chance of her finishing at becoming a narcissistic sociopath without doing anything useful.

Enma Loyola is an Outcast noble and corrupt politician. Most known as the co-founder of Auxesia at 822 A.S. Founder and leader of the National Council of Malta at 823 A.S. Exarch of the hidden cult of the Oracles at the same year. Author of Maltese Legionarism ideology, hidden leader of the Maltese Legion in 824 A.S. Kiddnapped Gallic princess Charlotte DeFrance, made an unsuccessful attempt to influence the Gallic Crown with the price of princess returning back home. Leader of the failed Fedelta coup within the National Council of the same year. As an Outcast leader, Loyola was the relentless enemy of the CR and IMG in Taus.
Later after she's exiled from Malta, Enma was employed into the Core as a highly professional individual and quickly staged the coup there, becoming a Guidmistress of that organization. With her diplomatic and political talent, she's managing to end the conflict between Core and the Zoner. Making Zoners respect Core laws in a peaceful way. From there she was actively plotting to stage another coup at Malta and bring her family back to power. By using Charlotte DeFrance, trying to intensify relations with the Gallic Crown and managing to receive the Gallic citizenship. News of Enma receiving new citizenship has made the Core leaders reconsider her loyalties. She was forced to leave her position, which after a series of serious political defeats have pushed her into the long term depression.
Loyola is rumored to have ties with the Nomads, various claims were made by her direct enemies and rivals. But they hardly to be believed. Had a short-lived marriage with Eliza Valdez. No kids.
On September 826 A.S. Loyola has re-emerged from her long depression and appears to build up her plots once again. As a citizen of the Gallic Crown, she keeps cautious neutrality with the Gallic Royal Enclave. Maintaining her work with Core and the Outcasts, pushing their policies closer.

Enma Loyola exists since late April 2015, it's my first and main character on Discovery.

1. I would like to make it a shared ship within |Aoi player base. That means ownership change.
2. I would like to tag it and rename to Nostalgia|Aoi for it will be a faction shared.
For Enma.Loyola and Enma.Loyola:
1. Drop that one ID line. The similar line was removed from the mainline Wild ID.

I will self limit my docking to Wild, Nomad, Outcasts, those who are friendly or neutral to the Outcasts and Enclave.
2. Just some fixes.
Please set repacks for Wild, Nomad, Outcast, Outcast Guard to +1. Because some of those are hostile and some of those are not dockable, which kind of limited my docking abilities all this time, considering my current lines.
Nomad Vagrants to +0.4 or something. Not supposed to be super green with them.
4. Why are these changes necessary?
For Nostalgia
It's kind of one of the mainline ships of Musashi Innovations that is apparently finally starting to kick now. I want people who involved in the project to be able to use its flagship that's all. It will get more people to use the ship and I think that |Aoi tag will attract more attention which is good for interactions. So yeah, it hopefully will bring more activity.
For Enma.Loyola and Enma.Loyola:
Those are mostly technical things. I basically explained the reasoning behind those above already. I have nothing much to add.

Well, I am doing things on the forums almost every day with this character, I think it was more or less visible. I struggle to provide some specific links because then again changes are mostly technical.
