Biography added for Dan Moreton

Written from the point of view of an LSF agent comparing and cross referencing intelligence files, this should give reads a general idea of Moreton's backstory. I chose to write this from the point of view of the LSF due to the fact that I was trying to remember pieces of ingame RP going back a decade. Needless to say, there were gaps in my memory. I thought writing the biography from the point of view of the LSF would explain these gaps much better than if I'd chose to write it as a diary/log entry or an Order service record.
