| For ages the Kagutsuchi (軻遇突智) has served the Blood Dragon cause by providing massive firepower that could overwhelm even the toughest of our enemies. By serving its purpose without any failures, the Kagutsuchi model has remained much the same as the original ones that fough off the Nomad threat.

| In order to keep up with the current developments in military technologies, it has been decided that the Kagutsuchi shall receive several much needed improvements:

• Plating will be replaced with a new alloy developed for project Kuzuryūshin (九頭龍神)
  
• The main reactor will be upgraded to the newer models currently being tested on Sendai.
  
• The Bo-Hiya assembly will now include an anti-feedback system that will reduce the reactor strain in case of misfires.
  
• The original support structure of the Bo-Hiya assembly will be replaced with ones made from a reinforced alloy.
  
• The Antenna assembly will be replaced with a state-of-the-art one that will increase detection precision.
  
• The Engine exhaust assembly will be replaced with one made from a highly efficient insulator alloy.
  
• The under-lateral fins have been removed in order to improve combat efficacy.
