I got my zoner guard rep up full... reduced by regular zoner rep by a bit... bought the Guard ID... someone want to tell my why it's still flashing the regular Zoner?

you keep the flashing rep until its down near to neutral. kill some more gmg npcs that will down the the regular zoner so you loose it and get the guard to flash.
