I am currently in the Niigata Star City base, sector C4 Sigma 59. I am trying to access the "buy/sell ships" menu and it is not working. My memory is poor so I am not sure if it my Rep or if the base I playing up. Fyi, this I a new character so Reputation is the same as when you first start a new character from Pens. I bought the 015A Nephthys from The Order as they are as Neutral as any other Guild. Not sure if this affect results this effect.
