Hello.

I would like to better manage my base so I can spend more time in game. Could anyone tell me how many HP a base will reduce by (decay) in a 24hr period? I.e. 600,000,000 drops to ???

Much obliged.

U

Every 120 sec you lose 600 HP on a PoB, so over 24hr it would have lost 432,00 HP.

That equates to 300 decay/minute.
Therefore that is 60min x 24hrs x 300 hit points = 432,000 hit points/day
In a week that equates to 3,024,00/week.

I am finding any base Core 1, Core 2, Core 3 in one full week is actually decaying from 400,000,000 down to 390,000,000 - a drop of 10,000,000 which is three times what it says in the tutorial.

Proven over a number of POB's

So I am now wondering if the tutorial is inaccurate.

It is just under a year ago since last updated, so that could be a possibility.

W&T depend from PoB core level, and scales accordingly afaik. Maybe, exact W&T damage number was also changed, there were adjustments with new system (HP>>>>repair rate).

I have a core 1 and a core 2 and a core 3 POB. I experimented with them. Each one was left to decay for exactly 1 week and all three were at full health. At the end of one week each one decayed at the same rate. About 10,000,000 hit points.

I suppose that is to be expected.

A full health Core 1 would take 40 weeks to die. Core 2 60 weeks. Now I am not complaining as now they are at full health I can keep them at that level without too much issue and focus on playing in-game activities.
This is a good thing that the Devs have done.
