Subject: Status of operations, Bristol Depot, Licensing

Good day!

I am Jaina Wheeler and I work for Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing. We're maintaining Bristol Depot in Bering. We've been contracted by the ALG and Battlegroup Harmony to assist with the salvaging operations in the area. So far we have been doing that by sorting the scrapped pieces into Military and Navy property. With ALG reducing their activities in the area the station is no longer operating at peak capacity. And Rheinland property is filling the storage bays without being retrieved in time.

As such we would request to take over administration of the salvaging fields in southern Bering and request permission to transport it.

That would allow us to legally protect your area from theft through illegal salvagers. Of course we would support the ALG in retrieval operations should they increase their activities in the area.

Bristol vessels run on the following identifications:
• Tag: B|-
• ID: Freelancer
• IFF: Freelancer

The [ALG] is maintaining a department on Bristol Depot and we've well cooperated with the BDM| in the past if you would like to request references from these organisations. We're compliant with Rheinland law and Separatist regulations.

If there is a licensing fee please let us know the amount and destination to relay funds.

Thank you for your attention.

Good bye!

After discussions with the cabinet, its with my oversight that we've come to an agreement that we do indeed need to speed up the process of continuing to remove dangerous salvage from the southern regions of the system as to not allow its materials to fall into terrorist hands. Federal agencies have already put in a good word about you as to keeping agreements, as to such we are delighted to allow your vessels to transport the sensitive materials.

But I must be very clear, once on-board your vessels, the only destination that said salvage is to go to, is installations belonging to Federal law enforcement or Lawful corporate ship building industries located here in the territories of Rheinland. Any evidence found to the contrary will see your immediate termination of your salvaging permit along with leveing punishments applicable to Rheinland laws on carrying restricted cargo.

Now that I've made my warning Miss Wheeler, please proceed.

Mit Grüße,

Staatssekretär of the Bundeskabinett Sekretariat, Karl Graves.
