Alex got off the elevator at the bottom level as usual. He walked the poorly lightened corridor towards the rusty door, took a look around and quickly entered the password. The door mechanism stuck again, as it always does, so he gave a strong push to the door to fit through the gap, grunting that he couldn't seal it behind him. As he got closer to the workstation, screams and cries became really recognisable. He turned the corner and took a look at the man in the corner office. His apron was all covered in blood and he was trying to take it off without touching anything else. He saw Alex and smiled. "Don Zaimis! Welcome to my shop, sir." he says. Alex greets him back, "Ramos." he says, "What do you have for me today?". Ramos keeps his smile and moves toward a walk in refrigerator very enthusiastically. He grabs a package covered in paper and hands it to Alex. "This makes great porchetta." he says. "The gal I carved it from was very fatty along the belly, I immediately knew you'd want it!". Alex smiles, "Grazie, Ramos. I see your work is mostly done here, I'll send another batch as soon as possible." he says. "Si Señor," says Ramos, checking his watch. "Visit me on Crete some day, Don Zaimis. My wife has this amazing spice mixture for sausages, you'd love it!". Alex smiles and nods, "Some day, Ramos. Adios.". He leaves the workshop, as a man tries to crawl his way out. He resets the door on his way out and as soon as the door is closed, everything goes silent.
