Summary: The Goal of Project 99 is to create, with the aid of Rheinland R&D, a series of Genetically superior super soldiers for a new series of attacks against the GMG. Its also the nest egg to intigrate located alien technology into current Terran equipment. To further develope what is know about Aliens 88472 Aka " The Nomads ".

Project 99A: This is the Human testing section. We will be combining Human DNA, with that of Nomads, and subject will then be subjected to different Radiation and other Mutation elements to see what reactions occur. All Failed Tests will be Terminated and buried in mass pits on the planets surface.

Project 99B: This is also human related, but we are working with several gifted Children, effected by Cardamine in the Outcast areas. We will be transplanting Nomad Organs, to see If there altered DNA will accept them, and If so, we hope to grow them to be of great use.
So far there has been several issues they exeled in such as.

1. Firearms and hand to hand combat.
2. Manipulation of energy fields
3. Have been able to recharge mass Lithium batterys, and support large systems with there own energy.
4. Telepathic and telekenetic abilities.

*** It should be noted that they might be able to provide power to Vegnagun ***

Project 99C: This is Vegnagun, as noted above the major Issue we have is that it requires Massive amounts of power, When its at 25% operational status, its able to complete drain and shut down a battleships Fusion Reactor, Its unknown how much power is needed to Fire it at 100%, And we are unsure what the Results Might be, But its safe to say there would be a rift torn into Space time itself, and a massive Blackhole to say the least.

Project 99D: This is the instalment of Alien technology into Terran Equipment. It is not sure How most of these will Turn out, and to keep our cover where giveing them to our contacts in the Bounty Hunters Guild, and Rheinland Millitary so that they might test them here is a few where sending into the field, though not all of them.
