This means the fledgeling base will only have the communists to contend with, who have a very limited number of ships powerful enough to perform a siege. You have my approval to start with your plan. Freely offer supply contracts to Bretonian companies. I advise you to build your base within the weapon platforms defence grid of Nichols, but do contact the BPA first concerning tax and registration. Should your base be completed, the planet will be protected enough for us to resume work on creating your independent state.
