Problem with ID account

hi, a couple of months ago my PC crashes. I already save my account ID, today I fix my PC and reinstall freelancer and the new mod.

I type the saved ID but it didnt work i can connect to the server but my characters are gone and it make me create new ones.

did the server erase my characters for the 2 month of not playing?. did the new mod in server reset all accounts? or only mine?

may be i am doing something wrong in the id typing process

please help i just have two characters but like a year of playing with them.

Sorry, characters are wiped after forty days of inactivity. If you need a little cash to get restarted PM me and I will consider it.
