| Following the implementation of the Dragon Claw Network, it has been decided that more drastic measures should be taken should the Shogunate's bases and/or assets fall under unwanted hands. After careful deliberations, the Sendai scientists decided to develop a biological compound that can be easily released in the ventilation system of all Dragon Bases. Further testing has concluded that the same method can be used to take control or disable rogue dragon assets that present themselves outside of the range of Dragon Claw Network.

|Soon after the establishment of the Usa Jingū it was used as a front to further develop the Enraenra Compound in secret. The final research has developed an odorless compound that incapacitates all persons who are exposed to it.

|As of 2 months ago, an antidote and an oral vaccine have been developed that will neutralize it at a molecular level allowing the body to metabolize and safely get rid of it. The inoculation has been first provided to the civilian population, then the auxiliary staff of the Shogunate and last but not least, the Shgunate's Clan Members and the Shogum himself.

| Fail safe - the compound has three variations that respond only to their corresponding antidote. Using the wrong antidote will accelerate the effects of the biological compound. Inoculated persons show delayed symptoms which allows them to continue fighting for 10 hours, after which side effects will start to be seen. Antidote will be dispersed in aerosolized manner in specially designated areas in each base.
