Scanning Haulage Vessels entering Liberty space for Contraband and levying Fines Confiscation and Arresting Pilots who do not comply to the demands of our organisation.
Also working in conjunction with all Law Enforcement and particularly with the Operatives under command of Chief Holiday who do a fantastic job and we feel we can add an extra edge to liberty and its Law Enforcement

System and exact location for base (coordinates can be sent privately): New York system.
The ideal position we would like to have is situated between Newark Station and the Trade Lane from Manhatten to West point.
Obviously set back slightly so it does not interfere with traffic of any sort and also any Police or Navy vessels.

Reason(s) for Construction: This installation will be used to process any Contraband seized by our pilots before it is handed over to the relevant authorities who will sort it from there.
Also the installation will undergoe extensive improvements and will add extra defensive turrets around the area for extra protection near the manhatten area

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: If the position of the facility is going to be a problem I would like to be able to give more sites if we have to --- but we think this position is ideal for the base and for the work we need to do aboard it
