As we all know, it is hard to distinguish the true Junkers from the Gallic Junkers (Those authorized within Gallia).
I've found a solution (Unless it's a bad idea): A special junker ID sold at Bourg-En-Bresse (Burgundy Junker base)
The special ID (Probably, Gallic Junker ID) would have most of the Generic Junker ID's set, but it would be authorized to be in Gallia. Unauthorized Junkers should be treated as Outsiders.
They would RP rather the same way, except that they act as spies for Gallia, and the only way to ''detect'' them would be to scan their ships.
the only thing this will accomplish is giving sirius factions a reason to shoot junkers on sight. Right now, nobody knows who works for gallia and who doesnt, and that offers some level of protection to junkers who do. Most enemies dont open fire unless they have complete motivation and reason.
If you use an ID that suddenly labels every gallia junker, or every gallia-loyal junker, we're going to have house militaries and police blasting us as traitors.

But there still clearly is a problem. The other day, I was in my GRN, and I asked a Junker where he came from.
He claimed to be from Texas, and to explore this ''Friendly'' territory.

Something's wrong here, gents...
My junker is from rheinland, but he's a gallia loyalist, so what?
None (or very very few) of the junkers who stole technology for gallia were gallia-born, most of them were outsiders who found ways through the minefield, and discovered a business opportunity where they could pass back and forth between gallia and sirius and trade information. That's what junkers do, they look for ways to make allies and money.
He didn't say "Friendly territory".
Terrible excuse for a lack of RP. If you shoot anything non-gallic and vice versa, whats the point of having Gallia?
No-one goes in because they are getting shot by the Gauls and nothing comes out getting shot by everyone else. Just sounds like an excuse to PvP everything.
If you had shot the Junkers coming in with all that information, you'd still be stuck in one system with no jump gates or trade lanes. Half your tech was stolen by Junkers and passed on to you. If those Junkers didn't come because they were getting shot, you'd be a backward little back water of a single nation system. Good job it was the Junkers who wanted to trade. You could have met the Outcasts and be 'living the orange dream' now instead and enjoying their hospitality on Malta as a slave on their plantations.
If you start differentiating one Junker from another, Junkers would have done the same and there goes your tech supply. Down the toilet.
You may be isolationist but you can't shoot Junkers or differentiate. If you do, or did, the Junkers would not have gone there and Gallia would be nothing.
A Junker is a Junker. An Outcasts is an Outcasts, a Bretonian is a Bretonian. They are not from one base but are made up of several peoples from various bases.
Who has defined that "Gallic Junkers (Those authorized within Gallia)"?
I'm sure you are right and I am not sugesting otherwise but can someone point me where all this sort information is?
It would be quite useful to know.
